Refund policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days of delivery for products in their original, unopened boxes. Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.

If Fragrance Online Shop sends the wrong item, we pay the return shipping cost. If a customer orders the wrong item, the customer pays the return shipping cost.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns or exchanges.
