5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Costs:
We ship only to the continental United States (lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.) and Canada. Continental U.S. shipping costs $9.99 USD on orders of $99 USD or less and is free on orders over $99 USD, using USPS Priority Mail. Canada shipping costs a flat $40 USD on every order. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military postal addresses or any other international destination.
5.2 Delivery Times:
Orders received before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time are dispatched the same day. USPS Priority Mail has an estimated U.S. transit time of 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Policy:
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for products in their original, unopened boxes. To initiate a return or exchange, contact return@fragranceonlineshop.com. We pay return shipping if we send the wrong item. Customers pay return shipping if they order the wrong item. We do not charge a restocking fee.
6.2 Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:
– Opened or used products.
– Gift cards.
– Clearance items.
6.3 Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
